BE XTREME guarantees payments through its website and undertakes to sell at the price specified at the time of purchase. On the other hand, it reserves the right to vary the price of items without prior notice in accordance with market conditions. The prices published in our catalogue do not constitute an offer and therefore an obligation to be supplied at that price in all cases.

All invoices and delivery notes are payable as of the date shown on the invoices. Payment must be made by the means indicated at the time of order and in euros.

Form of payment and security

BE XTREME will only accept payments made through PayPal, credit or debit card (via PayPal), refund or bank transfer.

In the case of payment by account deposit or bank transfer, BE XTREME does not send the order until we have received proof of income or payment. The purchaser must use the following information indicating the order number or the name of the purchaser:

In the event that the Refund payment is available, with which the customer pays the product in cash to the courier when the order is received at the address provided, BE XTREME reserves the right to charge the receiver the commission charged by the transport company. In case of payment by PayPal, the same gateway has its own secure payment system.

Credit or debit card payments are made via the Caixabank Redsys Gateway. It is one of the safest gateways in the world with which you can pay with your credit or debit card without commissions. Almost all existing types of cards are accepted. The charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution once it has been verified that the reported data are correct. With the aim of giving maximum security to the payment system, BE XTREME uses secure payment systems of leading financial institutions in e-commerce. In this sense, the confidential payment data are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to ensure the security of Internet transactions. When making the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. It will then connect to the bank issuing the transaction, which will request it to authorize the transaction using a personal authentication code. The transaction will only take place if the bank issuing the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected. Fractional payments via Sequra are made independently to BE Xtreme. SEQURA WORLDWIDE S.A. (NIF A66054164 C/ Ali Bei 7-9 Entresuelo 08010, Barcelona) is an independent company that allows others to make the payments of our ecommerce in instalments. There are 2 payment methods offered to our customers:

1. Pay in 3 instalments with a small amount of commissions

2. Divide the payment of your order into 4, 6, 12 or 18* months for only a small, fixed cost per month. Can only be used with your ID, mobile and bank card. You can complete the payment when you want without any additional cost. You can only split the payment into an 18 month payment with orders of 600€ or more.

As a complementary measure to the "Secure Payment" system and with the aim of collaborating in the prevention of fraud through the Internet, BE XTREME reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the customer and take the measures it deems appropriate (including the cancellation of the order) so that the goods purchased are delivered in accordance with the data contained in the order.


BE XTREME will use its best resources to meet the agreed delivery dates, mainly availability is between 24 and 72 hours. These are no more than estimates, so they will not affect the nature of this contract. If any of the products are not available at the time of the order, we automatically supply it as soon as possible to be able to make the shipment. Although BE XTREME will do everything in its power to ensure that the product supplied corresponds exactly in all respects to that offered in our catalog, minor variations can occur in the specifications, package content, colors, or design, caused by the continuous changes to which manufacturers create their products, variations which will not enable the buyer to terminate this contract.


E.1 - No liability for damage (including damage caused during transport) shall be accepted or failures in the operation of the products unless the buyer notifies the seller by email or telephone within 24 hours of the date of receipt of the products, and the products must be in perfect condition.

E.2 - No claims or liability will be accepted for products that differ in quantity or specifications from those given to the buyer unless the buyer notifies it via email within 14 days from the date of receipt of the same.

E.3 - In the case of manufacturers offering direct support and warranty services, the buyer accepts the obligation to address them in the event of any claim.


Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have a surcharge on the shipping price that the customer can consult with BE XTREME through an email to We do so to find the best prices and shipping method.

Shipping costs - They are normally between 3€ and 5€. BE XTREME take care most of the shipping cost as a courtesy.

Shipping orders - Normally the next business day once the order is placed. Arriving to the customer in 24-72 working hours. Complete skateboards usually do not come mounted.

Transportation - The orders will be sent by means of a courier service E-Commerce of GLS that ensures delivery in a term (from its collection in the dependencies of BE XTREME) of not more than 72 working hours for shipments in Spain with the exception of the Canary Islands, Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla.


Packages are usually sent within 24-72 hours after receipt of your payment via GLS. If the item is not in stock, ask for availability or call 931700040.

Shipping costs, if any, include packaging, handling, and shipping. You must provide us with the delivery address and contact phone number so that the carrier can call before going to the address provided, so we can avoid problems and be as efficient as possible.


WARRANTY - Our main guarantee is the total satisfaction of the customer with our products, so if once received, this is damaged or different from the described, you have 14 days to make the return. In these cases, BE XTREME will take care of the collection and return of the product. To be able to make the return it will be indispensable that both the product and its packaging are in perfect condition and without use. BE XTREME reserves the right to accept returns that do not comply with this condition.

In the event that the shipment has suffered damage during transport, the customer must report this situation to BE XTREME before 48 calendar hours after receiving and take photographs of the damaged packaging and product. In this case, BE XTREME will initiate the complaint procedure to the shipping company to replace the damaged goods at no additional charge to the customer.

RETURNS - You can always exchange your product for another without problems, you only must pay the cost of shipping. If you wish to return a product purchased from BE XTREME, you must notify us in advance by email or by calling:

- Number of order, date, name and email address with which the purchase was made.

- Products purchased, including their price.

- Reason for return. Returns can only be made if the product is replaced by another/s equivalent/s in value. BE XTREME reserves the right not to accept a return other than by exchange, default, damage or not corresponding to the information in the online store.

Once your request has been analyzed, the necessary instructions to make the return will be sent to you by email. Once the status of the product has been received and checked, the corresponding payment will be made.

Manufacturing defects or malfunctions of products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. However, BE XTREME shall, as far as possible, facilitate and expedite the processing of such warranty and, when possible, replace it without waiting for a reply from the manufacturer or supplier.

The shipping costs to our facilities produced by possible warranty procedures of our products will be paid by the customer. The shipping costs to the customer of possible product changes by warranty processing will bepaid by BE XTREME.

The warranty of our products will depend, in each case, on the manufacturers. However, normally it will be 30 days.

In the case of manufacturers offering direct warranty services to the final customer, the buyer accepts the obligation to address them as suppliers of such warranty, without thereby diminishing our responsibility for it. Although, in principle, BeXtreme will always be responsible for claiming the warranty from the manufacturer.


These Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute or disagreement arising from the purchase of Products and/or Services through the Website and/or from these General Conditions and for the resolution of any disputes, the parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the city corresponding to the domicile of BeXtreme, that is to say, to the courts of Barcelona.


BeXtreme will never take over the copyright for custom board designs by customers, whether snowboarding, longboard, paddle surf or wakeboard. This way, the customer will always be responsible for the use of images without their rights, making BeXtreme absent of any claim for image or brand rights.

BE XTREME will always try to make custom designs as close to what the customer requests, but the tables cannot be claimed if they are not exactly like what the customer wanted. Do not worry that our evaluations support us ;)
