A - PRICES AND PAYMENTS

The prices shown on our BE XTREME website include VAT. BE XTREME guarantees payments made through its website and undertakes to sell at the price specified at the time of purchase. However, it reserves the right to change the price of items without prior notice according to market conditions. The prices published in our catalog do not constitute an offer and therefore are not an obligation to supply the products at this price in all cases.

All invoices and purchase receipts are payable on the date shown on them. They will be automatically sent to the registered email after the order is completed. You can always access your personal area and download them whenever you wish. Payment must be made through the method indicated at the time of the order and in euros.

Payment method and security

BE XTREME will only accept payments made by credit or debit card, Bizum, in installments through the external company Sequra, or by bank transfer.

Payments by credit or debit card or Bizum are made through the Redsys gateway of Caixabank, one of the most secure gateways in the world, which allows you to pay with your credit or debit card without fees. Please note that you will be asked for a security code, which can be found when accessing your bank's application. Almost all types of cards are accepted. The payment will be made online, that is, in real-time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity once the provided data is verified as correct.

In order to provide maximum payment security, BE XTREME uses secure payment systems from leading financial entities in e-commerce. In this regard, the confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to ensure the security of online transactions. When making a payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. Installment payments via Sequra are made independently from BeXtreme. SEQURA WORLDWIDE S.A. (NIF A66054164 C/ Ali Bei 7-9 Entresuelo 08010, Barcelona) is an independent company that allows payments in installments on our online store. Two options are offered to our customers:

  • Pay in 3 installments with low fees
  • Divide your payment into 4, 6, 12, or 18* months with only a small fixed cost per month. All you need is your ID, mobile phone, and bank card. You can complete the payment whenever you want without any additional cost. The 18-month installment option is only available for orders over 600€.

B - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

BE XTREME will use its best resources to meet the agreed delivery dates, generally between 24 and 72 hours. These are only estimates, and will not affect the nature of this contract. If any product is not available at the time of the order, it will automatically be restocked as quickly as possible in order to ship the product. If restocking is delayed due to errors in stock control by manufacturers or suppliers, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to inform them of the products that are delaying the shipment and possible solutions.

Note: Orders placed in the afternoon are shipped the following morning from our warehouses, so availability is counted from the next day.

C - OWNERSHIP AND RISK

All products remain the property of BE XTREME until the total payment of their amount has been received.

D - DESIGN, SPECIFICATION, OR CONTENT CHANGES

Although BE XTREME will do everything in its power to ensure that the product supplied exactly matches what was offered in our catalog, minor variations may occur in specifications, packaging content, colors, or design, due to continuous changes made by manufacturers. E - CLAIMS

E.1 - No claims or liability will be accepted for damages (including those occurring during transport) or malfunctions of the products unless the buyer notifies this by email or phone to the seller within 24 hours after receiving the products, and these must be in brand new condition.

E.2 - Claims will not be accepted for products that differ in quantity or specifications from those provided to the buyer unless the buyer notifies this by email within 14 days of receiving them.

E.3 - In cases where manufacturers provide direct support and warranty services, the buyer agrees to contact them in case of any claim.

SHIPPING

Shipping to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla involves an additional charge on the shipping price that the customer can inquire about through email at sports@bextreme.es. We do this to find the best price and shipping method at all times.

Shipping costs - Depending on the product, they may range from 4€ to 19€ (mainland). Please note that these shipping costs are generally higher, but Be Xtreme may cover part of it as a courtesy.

Lost shipments - Lost shipments by the courier must be reported within 14 calendar days. BeXtreme will handle the claim for the lost products. The courier company reserves the right to wait 30 days before declaring a shipment as lost. After this period, BeXtreme will claim the compensation and resend the product to the customer, if possible.

Transportation - Orders will be sent via an express E-Commerce courier service from GLS or TIPSA, which guarantees delivery within 72 working hours from the time of collection by BE XTREME for shipments within Spain, except for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. For shipments to Europe, the delivery time is 3-5 working days.

DELIVERY TIMES

Packages are generally shipped within 24-72 hours after payment is received via GLS. If the item is out of stock, please check availability at sports@bextreme.es or by calling 931700040. Shipping costs, if any, include packaging, handling, and shipping. Please provide the delivery address and contact phone number so that the courier can call before arriving at the given address, which will help avoid problems and save time.

H - RETURNS AND WARRANTY

WARRANTY - Our main warranty is the total satisfaction of the customer with our products, so if the product is damaged or different from the description, you have 14 days to return it. In such cases, BE XTREME will take care of the collection and return of the product. It is essential that both the product and its packaging are in perfect condition and unused. BE XTREME reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet this condition. The returned product will be replaced with another identical one without defects, if possible. Otherwise, we offer a wallet option so you can spend the amount whenever you wish in the BeXtreme store.

If the shipment has been damaged or lost during transport, the customer must notify BE XTREME within 48 hours of receiving it and take pictures of the damaged packaging and product. In this case, BE XTREME will initiate a claim with the courier company to replace the damaged goods at no additional cost to the customer. If the product is lost by the courier company, BE XTREME will handle the claim. If the product is lost and the courier company must compensate for the loss, BE XTREME will issue the refund or replacement once the compensation is received.

RETURNS - As long as the product is not used, and within 30 calendar days, you can exchange your product for another without any problems, just cover the shipping costs (both ways) if applicable. WE ALSO OFFER THE WALLET OPTION SO YOU CAN SPEND THE RETURNED PRODUCT'S AMOUNT WHENEVER YOU WANT.

If you wish to return a product purchased from BE XTREME, you must notify us beforehand by email or phone, providing the following information:

  • Order number, date, name, and email address used for the purchase.
  • Purchased products, including their price.
  • Reason for the return. Returns can only be made if the product is exchanged for an equivalent in value. BE XTREME reserves the right not to accept a return that is not for an exchange, due to defect, damage, or mismatch with the online store information.

Once your request is reviewed, instructions will be sent by email to complete the return. After receiving and checking the condition of the product, the corresponding adjustment will be made if necessary. Manufacturing defects or malfunction of the products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty of our products depends on the manufacturer's warranty in each case. Generally, it is 90 days.

In cases where manufacturers offer direct warranty services to the end customer, the buyer agrees to contact them as the warranty provider, without diminishing our responsibility in this regard. However, BeXtreme will always handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer.

In the event of a dispute arising from the purchase of products and/or services through the website and/or these General Terms, the parties agree to submit, at their own discretion, and waive any other jurisdiction or venue they may be entitled to, to the courts of the city where BeXtreme is located, that is, the courts of Barcelona.

CUSTOMIZED BOARDS

BEXTREME will never take responsibility for the copyright of custom board designs by customers, whether for snowboard, longboard, paddle surf, or wakeboard. Therefore, the customer will always be responsible for the use of images without rights, and BeXtreme will be exempt from any claims regarding image or trademark rights.

BE XTREME will always try to make the custom designs as close as possible to what the customer requested, but the boards cannot be claimed if they are not exactly as the customer wanted. Don’t worry, our reviews speak for themselves ;)
